CITY OF EVERETT <br /> EVERETT Permit Services <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Everett Permit Services Plan Review Support- Public Works (Civil Review) <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Permit Services Plan Review Support <br /> The Scope of Work for the Permit Services Plan Review Support services may include,but is not necessarily <br /> limited to,the following tasks: <br /> Project Management and Contract Administration <br /> The Consultant shall organize, manage, and coordinate the disciplines required to accomplish the contract <br /> and shall perform multiple plan reviews concurrently.The Consultant shall coordinate its work with efforts <br /> performed by City staff and other consultants or contractors.The Consultant shall provide project <br /> management and contract administration services to facilitate efficient progress on each plan review, <br /> including: <br /> • Project team management and coordination,including managing sub-consultants. <br /> • Meeting organization,facilitation,and documentation <br /> • Manage, monitor, and prepare progress reports,schedules,scope,and scope changes,of all <br /> work performed under this contract <br /> Review of Development Applications <br /> Perform civil/site development plan review of private development applications in the City of Everett <br /> including, but not limited to, preliminary subdivisions,SEPA,shoreline applications, and public works <br /> permits for compliance with codes,ordinances,and engineering principles and practices.The consultant will <br /> focus primarily on the civil engineering design of all private development within the City of Everett which <br /> consists of residential and commercial developments featuring paving,grading,water and sewer utilities, <br /> stormwater management practices and infrastructure,and all other site development features outside of a <br /> building. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
