- No. 663 , which district shall include the following de- scribed property, located in Everett, Snohomish County, 2 Washington: 3 Lots 18 to 344, inclusive, Block 9, Ready Land Co. 's First Addition to Everett 4 Lots 1 to 11, inclusive, Block 16, Ready Land 5 Co. 's First Addition to Everett. 6 Lots 1 to 8 inclusive, Block 17, Ready Land Co. 's First Addition to Everett 7 Lots 5 to 8 inclusive, Block 477, Minnesota 8 Addition to Everett 9 Lots 25 to 28 inclusive, Block 477, Minnesota Addition to Everett 10 Section 4: That a special fund is hereby created to 11 be known as "Local Improvement Fund No. 663 , " which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts levied, 12 assessed and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said Local Improvement District and the proceeds of 13 the sale of bonds in said district for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of such improvement and the contribution 14 by the City of Everett . Out of said funds shall be paid the bonds, the interest thereon and the entire costs of such 15 improvement. 16 Section 5: The costs and expenses of such improvement shall be defrayed by special assessment payable in ten (10) 17 equal annual installments with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum, under the mode of payment by bonds 18 as provided by law and the ordinances of the City of Everett.
