■ A 1 Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 18, Block 180 of Bailey Addition to Everett; thence N along 2 the East property line of the alley West of Broad- way and said East line extended North to a point 3 90 ft . North of the North boundary of Plat of Swalwell 's Fourth Addition to Everett; thence East 4 and 90 ft. North of and parallel to the North line of said plat to a point of intersection with the 5 West boundary of Radio Addition to Everett; th North along the West boundary of said Radio Addn. 6 to the NW corner of said■Plat; th East. along the North boundary of said Plat to a point of inter- 7 section with a line equidistant from and measured at right angles to the East property line of 8 Waverly Avenue and the NWstly property line of P.S .H. No. 1; th Sthly along above described line 9 to a point of intersection with a line equidistant from and measured at right angles to the South 10 property line of Tower Street and the NWstly property line of P.S .H. No. 1; th SWstly 13 along the above described line to a point of inter- section with the North property line of 1Oth St. , 14 th Wstly along the North property line of 1Oth St., to the point of beginning. 15 Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called 16 Local Improvement District Fund No. 662 which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and 17 collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said local improvement district and the sale of the bonds in said 18 district for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses in such improvement, except as otherwise provided.
