Repair the damaged gypsum wallboard with a fire -resistive material <br />equivalent to the surrounding surfaces. <br />a. replace southwest ceiling tile on first floor <br />b. hole in ceiling of janitor closet on first floor <br />C. hole in ceiling of janitor closet on second floor <br />d. hole in northwest ceiling of equipment room on third floor <br />e. hole in ceiling of computer room closet on third floor <br />f. replace ceiling tile on northwest side of third floor electrical room <br />g. hole in ceiling of fourth floor mechanical room <br />h. southeast wall of fourth floor at windows <br />I. holes in south ceiling and south wall of fourth floor lobby room <br />J. holes throughout basement ceiling and walls <br />2. Remove combustible storage from boiler room, south basement mechanical <br />room, and third floor mechanical room. <br />3. Maintain and have available for inspection a written record of test(s) of <br />the fire protection equipment. <br />a. sprinkler systems in basement and second floor <br />4. Remove all accumulations of paint or other foreign material from the <br />sprinkler head(s) or replace the head(s), <br />If sprinkler heads are subject to paint overspray, a light coating <br />of petroleum jelly may be applied to the fusible link assembly to <br />prevent adhesion and facilitate easy cleaning. <br />a. third floor mechanical room <br />
