WASHINGTON <br />Meeting was held Monday afternoon 3: 30 to 4: 30 p • In • January 26, 1976 to discuss the <br />Cascade Savings & Loan request for a right-of-way use permit at the existing <br />Woolworth building. <br />Mr. Newland stated that he still plans to begin demolition on February 2, ]976. <br />Fred Oehlert stated that there will be two right-of-way permits issued. The first <br />which will cover the use of the existing sidewalks and requirements for fencing and <br />pedest, ian walk 1n the Th aultsarea on Colby Avenue beneath the sidewalk.construction °f new side- <br />walks and work <br />Several items were discussed among Messrs. Newland, Warren, Oehlert and Kozlowski <br />i at tills meeting.
