FETT, This is to confirm the results of an on -site meeting Thursday, January 22, 1976, attended by you and Mr. Czerinski of the Engineering Department, Mr. Bud Krom of the Water Department and me. It is my understanding that the subgrade space under the sidewalk will remain and that the existing Detector Check meter (6" fire service) and the two 2" domes- tic water supply connections will remain. Fire service connection for the subject structure will be connected to the existing Detector Check meter and if required, the existing key -operated shut-off valve will be replaced by c, wheel operated valve -- other equipment as required by the Fire Department will be installed down- stream from the Detector Check meter and inside the property sine. Domestic water service piping for the subject structure will be connected to one of the existing 2" connections in the void space and the other one will be capped. It is my further understanding that it will be necessary for the owner to secure a special permit for this space and that the Engineering Department will prepare what- ever documents are required to secure this permit for execution by a duly authorized representative of the owner. Please advise me immediately if any of the above is not correct and what further action may be required on my part in behalf of the owner's interests.
