AMERICAN LEGION GOLF COURSE <br /> AND WALTER E HALL GOLF COURSE <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> A. DEFINITIONS <br /> Actual Gross <br /> Revenue: "Actual Gross Revenue" shall mean any and all revenues <br /> earned attributable to operations directly relating to the golf <br /> courses, including,but not limited to green fees, <br /> merchandise sales, golf lesson fees, golf car rentals and <br /> food and beverage sales and other miscellaneous revenue. <br /> The sum of these revenues shall equal the Actual Gross <br /> Revenue. <br /> Annual Report: "Annual Report" shall have the meaning set forth in Article <br /> G.2.a of the Scope of Work. <br /> Budget <br /> Recommendation: "Budget Recommendation" shall have the meaning set forth in <br /> Article G.1.d of the Scope of Work. <br /> Capital Expenditure: "Capital Expenditure" shall have the meaning set forth in <br /> Article I.4 of the Scope of Work. <br /> City: The City of Everett. <br /> Contractor: PGC Interbay, LLC. <br /> Courses: American Legion Memorial Golf Course and Walter E. <br /> Hall Golf Course. <br /> Direct Cost: "Direct Cost" shall have the meaning set forth in Article <br /> I.1 of the Scope of Work. <br /> Director: The City of Everett's Parks and Recreation Director or <br /> designee. <br /> Off-Peak Golf <br /> Season: The time within a twelve-month period designated by the <br /> City of Everett where published off-peak green fees are in <br /> effect. <br /> 1 <br />
