g. Maintain a continuous safety program in compliance with applicable laws. <br /> j. Provide beverage cart services throughout the year as play warrants. <br /> k. Host various club and group functions and parties. <br /> 1. Initiate and promote dining opportunities to the general public as well as <br /> golf customers. <br /> m. Deliver exceptional customer service through the execution of the <br /> Contractor's service standards listed in Exhibit E. <br /> n. Schedule staffing levels to appropriately meet the needs of the food and <br /> beverage operation to optimize the customer experience. <br /> p. Review financial reports with the General Manager and help to develop <br /> action plans to grow revenue and control expenses in order to meet or <br /> exceed annual budgets. <br /> q. Recruit, hire,train, schedule (for a seven day a week operation), discipline <br /> and discharge staff. <br /> r. Lead food and beverage staff through effective motivation and leveraging <br /> individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and optimum <br /> productivity. <br /> s. Administer loss prevention controls by collaborating with the General <br /> Manager and Office Manager. <br /> D) STARTER(PLAYER ASSISTANT) <br /> 1. General Responsibilities <br /> a.
