AMERICAN LEGION GOLF COURSE <br /> AND WALTER E HALL GOLF COURSE <br /> MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> CONTRACTOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE STANDARDS <br /> 1.0 SANITARY CONDITIONS <br /> The Contractor shall ensure that all public areas at each course are kept clean, <br /> safe, sanitary and in an orderly condition. This includes, but is not limited to the <br /> following: <br /> 1.1 Snow and Ice Removal <br /> Remove snow and ice from walkways leading to clubhouse doorways, <br /> provided that the Contractor shall not be responsible for snow or ice <br /> removal from any area other than walkways leading to clubhouse <br /> doorways. <br /> 1.2 Cleaning Supplies <br /> Furnish all cleaning supplies, paper goods, light bulbs and materials to <br /> maintain the courses in the manner described herein. All chemicals and <br /> paper goods should look to be sustainable and as"green"as possible. <br /> 1.3 Custodial Services <br /> Provide custodial services or contract with a professional custodial <br /> company that is licensed and bonded. <br /> 1.4 Exterior Building Maintenance <br /> Maintain building exteriors, all hard surfaces adjacent to buildings and <br /> structures and course parking areas, including on-going litter patrol, <br /> sweeping, cleaning and proper removal of grass near and at the shoe <br /> cleaning stations. <br /> 2.0 FLOOR CARE RELATED <br /> 2.1 Spot Vacuum Carpet daily during peak season and as necessary during <br /> non-peak season <br /> Spot vacuum carpet in traffic areas(i.e.,hallways, reception areas) and <br /> those spaces where soil and/or debris are obvious. <br /> 2.2 Vacuum Carpet and Upholstery daily during peak season and as deemed <br /> necessary during non-peak season <br /> Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted areas. Portable objects (chairs, <br /> wastebaskets, etc.)are to be moved to provide for vacuuming. <br /> Upholstered furniture is to be debris and lint free. <br /> 1 <br />
