4.0 GLASS RELATED <br /> 4.1 Clean Interior Glass as needed. <br /> Interior glass (door glass, relights, side lights,transom lights, wall glass, <br /> etc.) shall be cleaned inside and out, and left in a streak, fog free <br /> conditions. <br /> 4.2 Wash Windows as needed. <br /> All exterior wall windows are to be washed, inside and out, and left in a <br /> streak, fog free condition. <br /> 4.3 Clean Picture Glass/Fire Extinguisher Cabinets as needed. <br /> Fire extinguisher cabinets shall be cleaned inside and out to remove <br /> smudges and finger marks. <br /> 5.0 KITCHEN RELATED <br /> 5.1 Daily Clean/Sanitize/Disinfect Counters and Sinks <br /> All drain boards, Formica counters,tables and appliances (refrigerator, <br /> stove, dishwasher exterior) are to be cleaned so as to remove finger marks, <br /> smudges and left in a dust and dirt-free condition. <br /> 5.2 Daily Clean Appliances <br /> All appliances shall be cleaned to maintain a clean, sanitary,odor free <br /> environment. Any food or spills shall be removed in accordance with any <br /> applicable health law. <br /> 5.3 Daily Clean Glass, Counter Tops, Tables and Chairs <br /> Counter tops,tables and chairs in a common area or customer area shall be <br /> wiped and cleaned so as to remove any spills or debris. It shall be the <br /> contractor's responsibility to clean display case glass, sneeze guards and <br /> counter tops, including kitchen,within the work area, as defined. <br /> 6.0 TRASH RELATED <br /> 6.1 Daily Empty Trash/Replace Liner <br /> All trash receptacles shall be emptied and a clean, appropriately sized liner <br /> installed. <br /> 6.2 Recycling <br /> All paper and aluminum recycling containers are to be emptied when such <br /> containers are at least 2/3 full and taken to a central disposal site. <br /> 6.3 Weekly Wipe/Clean Waste Receptacles <br /> All wastebaskets,trash containers and garbage cans shall be cleaned inside <br /> and out so as to remove stains, smudges and dried refuse and to help with <br /> pest control such as ants. <br /> 4 <br />
