7.0 DUSTING RELATED <br /> 7.1 Weekly Dust Horizontal Surfaces <br /> All benches,tables, counter-tops,reception desks,window ledges,picture <br /> frames and the like are to be dust free. In the event a lift is needed to dust <br /> difficult to reach areas dusting will be done a minimum of once a year, <br /> more frequently if deemed necessary by Parks. <br /> 7.2 Monthly High Dust: Vents,Ductwork, Lights, Etc. <br /> High Dusting shall be anything over 6' feet above the floor. Including, <br /> but not limited to, HVAC vents, HVAC ductwork, ceiling fans, light <br /> fixtures,tops of doors and door frames and blinds. In the event a lift is <br /> needed to dust difficult to reach areas dusting will be done a minimum of <br /> once a year, more frequently if deemed necessary by Parks. <br /> 8.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 8.1 As Necessary,Neatly Arrange Furniture <br /> All furniture and wastebaskets are to be placed back in their appropriate <br /> places after customer use or at a minimum by the end of the day. <br /> 8.2 As Necessary, Spot Clean Walls, Door, Fixtures <br /> Finger marks, scuff marks, furniture rubs, etc. are to be removed from <br /> walls, cabinet doors, door handles, electrical switch plates and outlet <br /> covers. <br /> 8.3 Daily Damp Wipe Phones <br /> Telephones shall be free of dirt, smudges and finger marks. <br /> 8.4 Daily Wipe/Clean Drinking Fountains <br /> Drinking fountains shall be cleaned, sanitized, disinfected and remain free <br /> of water spots, stains and smudges. Stainless steel drinking fountains are <br /> to be cleaned with a stainless-steel cleaner, inside and out, as well as <br /> fixtures. Porcelain fountains are to be cleaned with a mild abrasive. <br /> 5 <br />
