AMERICAN LEGION GOLF COURSE
AND WALTER E HALL GOLF COURSE
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
SCOPE OF WORK
EXHIBIT G
COURSES' OPERATING POLICIES
1. Non-Reserved Players Policy
a. Golfers who do not have a reserved starting time must register with the
Starter/pro shop staff on the daily waiting list prior to play.
b. Golfers without reservations who are at the course and ready to play may
register and play as a single after 12PM or in groups of two, three, or four
anytime there is an open tee time.
c. Playing group vacancies, cancellations and open or unreserved starting
times will be filled only on a first-come, first served basis with priority
determine by the time of registration with the Starter. Those who have
registered as a group will be called for play as openings become available
for the number of players in the group. Groups who arrive late for their tee
time will not be guaranteed a spot, but every reasonable accommodation
will be made to fit them in.
d. When sufficient players are available, the Starter will send groups of four
to the starting tee. If fewer than four players are available, the Starter may
send out groups of two or three. A single player may be sent out alone
only if no other golfers are available any time after 12PM and if it appears,
they will not be available within a reasonable time. Groups of more then 4
are not authorized, as they either slow the pace of play or give the
perception of slowing the pace of play.
e. The golf course Starter on duty is responsible for assigning foursomes, and
for scheduling and starting all players in accordance with all course rules
and regulations. Golfers are not permitted to buy, sell or transfer starting
times or positions. Only those golfers who are properly registered and
who are called by the Starter will be allowed to start play.
f. The golf course Starter may switch or interchange starting times if in
his/her judgment such change would prevent delays, eliminate confusion,
correct a problem or be of general benefit to the players involved and to
those following.
g. The Starter will call players to the tee by name. After calling the group
due on the tee,the following group will be given a five-minute warning
call by name. The next group will then be given a ten-minute warning call
by name.
1
