j. The Director/GM has the ability to schedule two(2) special golf outings <br /> per year without the minimum number of player requirements for either <br /> weekend or weekdays. <br /> 3. Complementary Rounds <br /> a. Complementary rounds may be used to offset marketing, advertising, or <br /> other expenses with the approval of the Director/GM. <br /> b. Course volunteers in good standing may play a round of golf at no charge, <br /> provided,however,that minimum hour requirements are met. For each <br /> Four(4)hour shifts worked, a volunteer may play a round of golf <br /> following established tee reservation policies. <br /> c. Regular Contractor employees may play for free on a space available <br /> basis. No reservations may be made for complementary rounds. <br /> Contractor employees may only tee off if there are no paying customers <br /> available for the same tee time. Contractor employees may play for one <br /> half price if they make reservations under the normal player reservation <br /> policy. Contractor employees may use golf carts on an as available basis <br /> for one half price. <br /> d. Full-time Contractor employees(as defined by federal law)are limited to <br /> four rounds per week at the courses. <br /> e. Part-time Contractor employees (as defined by federal law) are limited to <br /> two rounds per week at the courses. <br /> f. In consultation with and approval by Parks, local industry professionals <br /> may be granted limited complementary play privileges. <br /> 4. Hours of Operation <br /> a. The hours of operation shall be established by Parks. The general hours <br /> will be dawn to dusk, but no tee time will occur before 6 a.m. <br /> 5. Closing Course <br /> a. The Director, or the Contractor's designated manager on duty are <br /> responsible for decisions concerning temporary or all day closing of the <br /> course(s). <br /> 3 <br />
