Proposals for this location must have capital to invest in their project, or the ability to get capital. Partnerships with other organizations to increase recreational opportunities and share costs is highly encouraged. There will also be a need for permitting, planning, and construction. The City encourages proposals be submitted that are contingent upon the ability to use the site as desired. Below are just a few ideas: • RV Park to serve the needs for tournaments at Phil Johnson ballfields • BMX Track, Pump Track, Skate Park, Other alternative sports ❖ Senator Henry M.
