The comments below <br />must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br />Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br />Planning, and Fire. <br />Code citations provided in the following comments reference the 2015 International Residential <br />Code (IRC), the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the 2015 Washington State Energy <br />Code (WSEC). <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br />submitted to the Building Division for review: <br />a.
