The plan sheets have been numbered. <br />2. The Architect of Record now has his stamp on all pages. <br />3. The IEBC "Work Area Method" is to be used for this project. This has been <br />added to the revised project information located on sheet 1. <br />4. Deferred submittals have been added to the project information on sheet 1. <br />5. The building type call -out has been corrected. in the project information. <br />6. A revised fire sprinkler plan has been called out for deferred submittal and a note <br />has also been added to the floor plan. <br />7. The existing building and the adjacent building both have CMU walls. This has <br />been added to the floor plan for greater clarity. <br />8. Please see occupant load callout in the project information on sheet 1. <br />9. This note has been added to the tenant improvement plans on sheet 2. <br />10. Panic hardware is not required under IBC Section 1010.1.10.1 of which this <br />project qualifies. Notes have been added to the plans. <br />11. The new notes on the plans call out for 90minute backup power for the exit signs. <br />12. The new notes also call out for the exit signs to have area lighting. <br />13.This applies to landings associated to ramps and stairs, as defined under IBC <br />1010.1.6. These exits are at full discharge with no landings, ramps or stairs. <br />14.The building currently meets accessibility requirements except in the restrooms <br />where new grab bars are need. The plans reflect these changes in notes, details <br />and drawings. We will not exceed 20% value for the improvements. The existing <br />parking for the building already includes HC stalls, which are now reflected on <br />the site plan. <br />15.The accessible restroom details have been corrected to meet ICC A117.1-09. <br />Accessible signage requirement will be added to the floor plans as a note. <br />16. The site plan has been corrected to show existing accessible parking marked out <br />as required by code. These spots can be confirmed with aerial views on <br />mapping. <br />17.A general has been added to the plans concerning new pa i ' Ils.
