Element 10 is not applicable. <br />Element 11: Maintain BMPs <br />BMPs will be inspected and maintained at regular intervals and following storm events to ensure <br />their continued function. If BMPs are damaged or deemed ineffective, they will be upgraded to <br />effectively manage construction stormwater. <br />Element 12: Manage the Project <br />BMPs will be inspected, monitored, and maintained as described in previous sections, <br />effectively managing the project in compliance with Element 12. <br />Element 13: Protect Low Impact Development BMPs <br />No Low Impact Development BMPs currently exist on -site, and none are proposed as part of <br />this project.
