It <br />appears that they would have enough room in the alleyway to park and do this for maintenance. And yes this <br />drainage would be handled by the property owner and not the City for all its maintenance needs. Thanks <br />This Land Use condition ensures that maintenance will be required and shall be performed on a regular basis. If your <br />project satisfies this requirement as currently designed, there is no need to revise anything to meet this condition prior <br />to submitting construction permit applications.
