Pedestrian Connector designated streets require at least two sidewalk treatments, such as special <br />surfacing treatment, artwork incorporated into the sidewalk, or landscaping elements not otherwise <br />required by this title, or other treatments as approved by the planning director <br />• The pedestrian Connector Street along 33rd We have incorporated stepped planters and <br />plantings along the building fagade to qualify as "Special landscaping not otherwise required". <br />The planters will be a weathered steel material. See sheets L2.01, L1.11, L3.01 and 1/A3.1 <br />showing the planters and landscaping in this area. A TDM Plan is required to be submitted for review for the existing Compass Health Building on Broadway <br />in order to terminate the Parking Covenant filed under AFN 200103040525. Upon approval of the TDM <br />plan, a termination of parking covenant document shall be recorded. A new parking covenant shall be <br />recorded to dedicate 25 spaces for the new building. <br />/ A TDM plan will be finalized and submitted next week. <br />4. A final Supportive Housing Management Plan shall be submitted prior to CofO/final approval of the <br />building. <br />Confirmed.
