In general, please call out all utilities and site features in accordance with the specific type and <br />standard drawing number listed in the City's current Design and Construction Standards and <br />Specifications for Development. https:/Ieverettwa.eov/1531/Design-Construction-Standards <br />35. Please clearly label all features as either existing or proposed and clearly show on the site plan using <br />specific line types, hatch patterns, and a legend. <br />36. Address Identification. Numbers shall be a minimum of 6" inches high and easily recognizable <br />figures contrasting with the color of the building or other structures upon which they are placed. <br />Interior and exterior access doors or individual dwelling, housekeeping, living units, or commercial <br />tenant spaces also shall be clearly marked. Numbers and/or letters of such units shall be at least <br />four inches (4") high. <br />Stairway access to the roof shall be provided in new buildings four or more stories. Fire Department Access Roads to this project is acceptable. Alley will not be able to have parking <br />along the building. <br />5. Marking- approved signs, other approved notices or marking that include the words "NO PARKING - <br />FIRE LANE shall be provided for fire apparatus access roads to identify such roads or prohibit the <br />Obstruction thereof. (EMC 46.44 & IFC D103.6) as needed. <br />6. 2 Knox boxes will be required for this project. Recessed knox boxes are preferred if available. <br />7.
