U <br />Compass Health Supportive Housing TDM Strategies <br />Criterion #3.1, Bicycling (Tier 1) — 42 Spaces <br />The Compass Health Supportive Housing development is required to provide 33 bicycle parking <br />spaces. The site is proposed to have 42 bicycle parking spaces to satisfy the 125% enhanced bicycle <br />parking of Criterion #3.1. <br />Compass Health Supportive Housing will provide an annual report, ending December 31, to the City <br />of Everett to identify how the bicycle parking is being utilized at the site. It is anticipated that surveys, <br />including either surveys of employees and residents or counts of actual bicycle parking, on a monthly <br />basis. <br />Criterion #7.1, Information Kiosk ('Tier 2) — Front Desk <br />The employees at the fiont desk of the Compass Health Supportive Housing development will be able <br />to provide residents and employees information regarding transit sei vices, carpool, maps and other <br />information to aid residents and employees to find modes of transportation other than single -occupant <br />vehicles (i.e. non-SOV). This information is likely to include transit stop locations, times and fares, <br />carpool opportunities for employees, maps of the other and other information. <br />Compass Health Supportive Housing will ensure that there is adequate information available at all <br />times for employees and residents. <br />Criterion 0.1, Walking (Tier 2) — Maps <br />The -employees at the front desk of the Compass Health Supportive Housing development will ensure <br />that maps of surrounding uses within walking distance will be in the lobby or front desk at all times. <br />These maps will include surrounding uses, such as restaurants, goveiYnment offices, transit, <br />recreational areas, etc. <br />Compass Health Supportive Housing will ensure that there is adequate information available at all <br />times for employees and residents. <br />S� a <br />Gibson Traffic Consultants, Inc.
