STORMWATER SITE PLAN <br />NOVEMBER 7, 2019 <br />COMPASS HEALTH SUPPORTIVE HOUSING <br />6. SOILS <br />Geotech Consultants, Inc prepared a geotechnical report titled, Geotechnical Engineering Study <br />dated August 31, 2017. They performed 4 test pits and 1 test boring. The boring was located in <br />the upper portion of the site and the 4 test pits in the lower area west of the existing buildings. <br />The underlying soils in the east were determined to be topsoil overlying 2 to 5 feet of fill over <br />till. The boring encountered weathered till over the dense till. <br />7. POTENTIAL EROSION PROBLEM AREAS <br />The large excavation for the construction of the lower floor will be a potential erosion issue. <br />This will need to be controlled through careful construction and cover practices until the pipe is <br />installed. <br />8. CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE & PHASING <br />The project will be constructed as a single phase. Once the building foundation is constructed, <br />90% or more of the site will be stabilized by impervious surfaces.. <br />9. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />The current schedule is in flux for permitting and funding. <br />10. FINANCIAL/OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Required bonding will be provided as required by the City of Everett. <br />11. ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS <br />There are no calculations related to this SWPPP. <br />12. EROSION CONTROL SPECIALIST <br />With less than 1 acre of disturbance construction will not require a certified erosion control <br />specialist.
