0 <br />9 <br />August 21, 2019 <br />Tony Lee <br />Building Official <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Lee: <br />Davis Construction, Inc. <br />18 W Marilyn Ave <br />Everett, WA 98204 <br />FILE COPY <br />DC� <br />AUG 21 2019 <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />Permit Services <br />This letter is intended to formally request that Clarrice Jack be allowed to submit <br />construction permit application for her bedroom and bathroom addition at 2505 571n <br />St SW (permit # C1908-009) prior to submittal of a GeoTechnical Report in <br />accordance with EMC 19.37. <br />We acknowledge to the City, that Clarrice Jack understands the risks associated <br />with submitting the building permit application prior to review or submittal of a <br />GeoTechnical Report and further understands that submitting for a building permit <br />does not vest the project or imply that land use approvals will be given. <br />Finally, Clarrice Jack agrees to hold the City of Everett harmless for the loss of paid <br />application fees, design fees, and other fees that may be incurred if the <br />GeoTechnical Report comments cause the project to be altogether denied, affects <br />the timeframe that creates a feasibility issue related to the project or requires <br />additional design modifications subsequent to submittal of the building permit. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jeff Davis <br />President of Davis Construction, Inc. <br />WU4 <br />o.,/- -I-.
