GEOTECHNICAL REPORT PROPOSED BANK 1515 132ND STREET SOUTHEAST, EVERETT, WASHINGTON 1.0 GENERAL As requested, PanGEO is pleased to present this geotechnical report for the proposed bank building in Everett Washington. This study was performed in general accordance with our mutually agreed scope of services outlined in our proposal dated December 24, 2018. Our scope of services included reviewing readily available geologic and geotechnical data, drilling three borings, conducting a site reconnaissance, and preparing this report. 2.0 SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION The subject site is located at 1515 132nd Street Southeast in Everett, Washington, approximately as shown on Figure 1, Vicinity Map. The site comprises a total area of 0.7 acres. The layout of the site is shown on Figure 2, Site and Exploration Plan and Plate 1, below. The approximately rectangular -shaped property is bordered to the north by a one-story retail building, to the east by 16t" Avenue Southeast, to the west by truck repair facility and to the south by 132nd Street Southeast. On the east side of 16t1i Avenue Southeast is a stormwater retention pond for a nearby retail development.
