With the <br />addition of the following items, the plans are approved. <br />1. Install handwashing sinks at both back bars. <br />2. Install a three -compartment sink for washing small utensils. The sink must meet <br />current National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards. <br />3. Paint all bare wood in the utility closet. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomish Health District must be notified. <br />A pre -operational inspection is required. Please contact the Food Program office <br />about one week in advance to schedule an appointment. This will insure compliance <br />with the Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Health for Food Service <br />Sanitation (WAC 246-215). <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
