The drawings should specify the requirement to install a grease trap(s) if required. <br /> See Everett Municipal Code Chapter 14.42. <br /> The kitchen does require a grease interceptor,which will be located outside the building <br /> under the existing sidewalk.This has been identified in drawing 2/A1.1 with keynote 13 <br /> and clouded with Delta#1.The grease trap will also be indicated in the separate <br /> plumbing permit submittal. <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> 1. Sheets 53.1, S3.2, S4.1, and S4.2 have been printed at 1/4-scale. Full-size drawings should be <br /> provided. See IBC Section 107.2.1 and the City of Everett Requirements for drawing submittals. <br /> The structural drawings have been replaced with compliant full-size sheets-S1.0,S2.0& <br /> S3.0,which have been clouded with Delta#1. <br /> 2. The structural drawings appear to include construction drawings for Type 1 and Type 2 exhaust <br /> hoods, including but not limited to Sheets S3.1 and S3.2. Separate permits are required for the <br /> hoods. If the sheets are retained, they should be marked as "For Reference Only - Not For <br /> Construction".
