Specify the code requirements for smoke alarms on the plans. Do not simply reference the <br /> code section. Show location of smoke alarms on floor plans. <br /> 14. Specify the requirements for carbon monoxide alarms on the plans. Do not simply <br /> reference the code section. Show location of carbon monoxide alarms on the floor plans. <br /> 15. Provide building section to show that all spaces meet the minimum ceiling height for <br /> habitable spaces. <br /> 16. Provide guard per section R312 at all locations where the walking surface is 30 inches or <br /> more above the grade, floor or stairs below. Show guards on plans. <br /> 17. Specify source specific ventilation in all bathrooms laundry room and in kitchen. Show <br /> location and size of all exhaust fans. Exhaust fans shall be vented to the exterior of the <br /> building. <br /> 18. Show how the structure is heated.
