Site Plan.The site plan does not meet the minimum site plan checklist (see <br /> pages 8&9). Please revise the site plan such that it meets the checklist <br /> requirements including, but not limited to,the following: <br /> a. Lot dimensions. Per the legal description and underlying plat,this <br /> property is 50'x 120'. Please revise.Adjust setbacks accordingly,to- <br /> scale. <br /> b. Scale and Dimensions.The perimeter building dimensions are <br /> incorrectly noted and/or not drawn to scale on both the site plan and <br /> plan set. Please review and revise accordingly. Note:all dimensions shall <br /> be consistent with the construction drawings;there are multiple <br /> discrepancies between the dimensions on the site plan and dimensions <br /> noted in the plan set.
