Please note the following comments are not a thorough <br /> plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance standards. Your permit application has been "denied" <br /> for intake at this time due to the following: <br /> 1. Plans were not provided. Please submit a site plan showing property lines and their dimensions,all structures <br /> located on the property,exterior building dimensions, setback dimensions,etc. Please see the site plan example <br /> in the attached residential construction checklist for the items that need to be shown on the site plan. <br /> 2. You will likely need to submit construction level drawings for the Building Department to review. I've included <br /> them on this email to weigh in. <br /> The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 <br /> copies of any revised documents/plans.
