may be used as part of such enclosure. All fences erected shall <br /> comply with the height regulation and sight clearance as <br /> specified in Section 15.04.200 and Section 15.04.220 of the City <br /> of Everett Code. <br /> All gates or doors opening through such enclosure <br /> shall be equipped with a self-closing and self-latching device <br /> for keeping the gate or door securely closed at all times when <br /> not in actual use, except that the door of any dwelling which <br /> forms a part of the enclosure need not be so equipped. <br /> No water shall be allowed in any pool until the pool <br /> shall be enclosed by a fence and gates as required by this <br /> ordinance. <br /> This requirement shall be applicable to all existing <br /> and all new outdoor swimming pools. <br /> SECTION 81? The buildings, grounds and all appurtenances <br /> shall be kept clean and in a sanitary condition and free from <br /> garbage, trash and refuse. <br /> All visible dirt on the bottom of the swimming pool <br /> and visible scum or floating matter on the surface of the pool <br /> shall be removed at least once daily with an approved type <br /> vacuum cleaner or oftener if necessary to maintain good sanitary <br /> conditions. <br /> SECTION 9: No swimming pool shall be so located, <br /> designed, operated or maintained as to interfere unduly with <br /> the enjoyment of the property rights of owners of property <br /> adjoining the swimming pool or located in the neighborhood. <br /> SECTION 10: Lights used to illuminate any swimming <br /> pool shall be so arranged and shaded as to reflect light away <br /> from adjoining premises. <br /> SECTION 11: It shall be unlawful for any person to <br /> make, continue or cause to be made or continued at any swimming <br /> pool any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise or any noise which <br /> annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, <br /> health, peace or safety of others. In the operation of a <br /> swimming pool the use or permitting the use or operation of any <br /> radio, receiving set, musical instrument, phonograph or other mach!- <br /> ine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such <br /> manner as to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of the neigh- <br /> boring inhabitants or at any time with louder volume than is <br /> necessary for convenient hearing of the person or persons who <br /> are in the swimming pool shall be unlawful. <br /> No pool shall be used for swimming or bathing be- <br /> tween the hours of 10 P.M. and 6 A.M. Standard Time - 11 P.M. <br /> and 7 A.M. Daylight Savings Time. <br /> SECTION 12: In the construction, operation and mainten <br /> ance of any swimming pool state laws and the rules, regulations <br /> and requirements of the State Department of Public Health or <br />
