Section 48: Fire Hydrants. <br /> The installation of Fire Hydrants shall be made on order <br /> of the City Council upon the recommendation of the Fire Chief. <br /> The cost of the hydrant and installation to be paid from the Fire <br /> Hydrant Installation and hental Fund. When new hydrants are <br /> ordered installed or removed on account of Local Improvement <br /> Districts the cost of same shall be paid by the District. <br /> Section 49: Penalty for Violation of Ordinances. <br /> Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordin- <br /> ance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction <br /> thereof, shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding <br /> three hundred dollars (v300.00) or imprisoned for a term not <br /> exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Section 50: Monthly flat rate schedule: <br /> 1.
