Correction #3 The site plan has been modified to show the correct setbacks per an existing survey for the property. There is a 3'-9" setback from the property line to the south exterior wall. Per table R302.1.(1) a max of 25% of wall openings of the south exterior wall is allowed.The max openings provided for the south exterior wall is shown on sheet A1.0. Correction #4 There is a zero lot-line setback for the north exterior wall per the updated site plan.The alley is approximately 24'-0"wide and provides a minimum of 5'-0" fire separation distance (FSD).The north exterior wall will not be required to be fire-rated due to meeting FSD.
