RFQ No. 2021-012 <br /> Everett Transit Inductive Charging Infrastructure <br /> Exhibit A — Scope of Services <br /> TASK 1-ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND DESIGN: Vendor to work with Everett Transit, PUD, <br /> Gillig(bus manufacturer), and Momentum Dynamics (charger manufacturer)to: <br /> • Prepare site/building electrical plan showing(6) additional Electrical Vehicle Charging <br /> Stations <br /> o List and identify all system components and their installation requirements and <br /> locations,to include, but not limited to: <br /> • Concrete work/platform requirements for all components <br /> • Conduits and conduit runs <br /> • Trenching/boring needs/requirements <br /> • Transformer, switch box(s),vaults, etc. <br /> o Identify location and describe/design installation requirements for chargers within <br /> the area identified by Everett Transit,to include, but not limited to: <br /> • Concrete platforms <br /> • Electrical conduit runs and connections <br /> • Coordinate upgrade of the current service with Snohomish County PUD:Application for <br /> service, etc. <br /> • Riser diagram, load calculations,fault current calculations. <br /> • Provide a rough order of magnitude cost of installation and construction. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Stamped/signed engineered drawings for permitting, bidding, and construction. <br /> • List of components and materials. <br /> • ROM construction cost <br /> TASK 2-CONSTRUCTION BID DOCUMENTS: Vendor is to provide construction bid specifications <br /> and scope of work for the construction and installation of charging system. These documents <br /> will be used by the City to bid out the work necessary for installation of the system. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Construction bid documents <br /> • Construction/installation scope of work <br /> • Drawings, schematics, etc. necessary for construction <br /> TASK 3-CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: <br /> • Participate in construction contractor selection process: <br /> o Attend up to three(3) meetings as requested and required as part of process. <br /> • Three (3) onsite visits during construction management. <br /> • Change order management <br /> • Project closeout and document transfer <br />
