SECTION 6 POLICE COURT DEPARTMENT There shall be in the Police Court Department the following named officers, to-wit: One Clerk of the court and one Deputy Clerk, and one Office Clerk, who shall perform the duties pertaining to the office. (1. 16.060) SECTION 7: PARK DEPARTMENT There shall be in the office of the Park Department the following named officers and assistants, to-wit: One Superintendent; one Assistant Superintendent; one Foreman; three Gardeners; four Utility Laborers; one Secretary (part time) ; one Greens- keeper; one or more Day Laborers (part time ) . The Park Department and its Superintendent shall be under the general charge and supervision of the Park Board. The other assistants and employees shall perform such duties as pertain to the nature of their office and as authorized and directed by the Park Superintendent. (1. 16.070) DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE SECTION 8: CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named deputies and assistants in the office of the City Clerk, to-wit: One Deputy City Clerk; one Business & Occupation Tax Clerk; one Clerk-Secretary; one License Inspector (part time) ; one Clerk-Steno; one or more extra Clerks (part time) ; one Machine Bookkeeper. It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office and as directed by the City Clerk or the Commissioner of Finance. (1.16.080) SECTION 9: CITY COMMISSIONERS DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named assistants in the City Commissioners Department, to-wit: One Stenographer; one relief Stenographer (part time) . It shall be the duty of such assistants to perform the duties pertaining to said department and as directed by the City Clerk or the Commissioner of Finance. (1. 16.090) SECTION 10: CITY TREASURER DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named deputies and assistants in the office of the City Treasurer, to-wit: - 2 -
