<br /> <br />ORDINANCE Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />No other provision of the Franchise is amended and all Franchise provisions remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br />Section 2. After the passage and approval of this Ordinance and within thirty days after such <br />approval, this Franchise extension shall be accepted by Grantee by filing with the City Clerk an <br />unconditional, acknowledged written acceptance of all terms and conditions of this extension of <br />Franchise.
