February 26, 2018 <br />Mukilteo SD —Wall Design, Everett, Washington Job No. 18-0068 <br />the proposed modular block gravity retaining wall as part of the proposed bus parking lot <br />expansion construction project located at 9001 Airport Road in Everett, Washington. Use <br />of this report by others is at the user's sole risk. This report is not applicable to other <br />sites. Our services have been conducted in accordance with generally accepted <br />practices of the geotechnical engineering profession; no other warranty, express or <br />implied, is made as to the professional advice included in this report. The earthwork <br />contractor is responsible to perform all work in conformance with all applicable <br />WISHA/OSHA regulations. GeoTest Services, Inc. should not be assumed to be <br />responsible for job site safety on this project, and this responsibility is specifically <br />disclaimed. <br />We must presume the subsurface conditions reviewed are representative for the <br />proposed site. However, you should be aware that subsurface conditions may vary with <br />time and between exploratory locations, and unanticipated conditions may be <br />encountered. If construction reveals differing conditions or the design is modified, we <br />should be retained to reevaluate our recommendations and provide written confirmation <br />or modification, as needed. We recommend that qualified personnel be present during <br />subgrade preparation and placement of compacted fills to confirm that the work is <br />preformed in accordance with the recommendations contained in this report and in <br />accordance with accepted engineering practice.
