Firefox <br />about:blank <br />COMPLETE IF USING INFILTRATION (2A or 2B) TO MEET FLOW <br />CONTROL REQUIREMENT <br />Determine whether infiltration has been predetermined to be infeasible for any portion of your <br />project site. <br />• Review the infiltration infeasibility mapping tool available on "Map Evereff' <br />everettwa.govfma eve <br />• On thernappingtool, select "GeotechnicallinfiitrationInfeasibility Area" and the <br />applicable "Property" layers from the Layer List. <br />Zoom into your project site and printthe resulting map to showthe project site <br />boundaries and the infiltration infeasibility mapping results. <br />• Areas mapped as red have been pre -determined to be infeasible for infiltration. <br />• Areas mapped as green are potentially feasible for infiltration and must be <br />assessed further for infiltration feasibility, as discussed further below. <br />Attach a printed copy of the map clearly showing your project site boundary and the <br />infiltration infeasibility mappingresults. <br />* If you selected Downspout Full Infiltration (2A), submit I and 2 below. <br />If you selected Rain GardenlBioretention (2B), on -site soils information for sizing is <br />required from 1 through 3 below. <br />Submit the following information to Permit Services with this report: <br />I. A USDA Custom Soil Report from https:/Iwebsoilsurvey.sc egov usda..zov <br />2. USDA Soil Type(s)= Alderwood-urban land <br />3. Measured Infiltration Rate = inlhr, measured at BMP location on -site.
