These <br />comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments such as Utilities, Planning or Fire. All references refer to the 2015 International Building <br />Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), as amended by the State of Washington <br />and/or Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) 2015 Edition, as adopted by the City of Everett, <br />unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />Construction documents shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of <br />the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of the building code <br />and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. <br />Structural Corrections <br />1. For anchorage of holddowns as shown on Detail 8/S2.0, please provide design calculations <br />checking the anchorage loads into new and existing concrete foundations in accordance <br />with the provisions of ACI 318-14 Chapter 17. <br />2. Please indicate where detail 1/S2.0 occurs on the plans. <br />3. Please provide structural calculations checking the bearing pressures for new and modified <br />foundations added to the structure. <br />4.
