Return ends to the wall. Show on plans. Specify which whole house ventilation system you are choosing to use for each separate <br />townhome. Provide the code requirements for the whole house ventilation system, do not <br />simply reference the code section. <br />Whole house ventilation system specifics and notes have been added to sheet A0.1 for units A, B <br />& C. Location of whole house fans are called out on.Upper floor plan sheet A3.2 for units A, B & <br />C. <br />12. Show how all units are heated. Dwellings using electric zonal heating as the primary heat source <br />shall install an inverter driven ductless mini -split heat pump in the largest zone in the dwelling. <br />Show location of heat pump and heat exchanger on plans and site plan (cannot be located in <br />side or front yard setback). <br />
