Provide stair details and sections for interior and exterior stairs. Specify all components and <br />connections including stringer to landing, (provide specific hanger at stringers) guard to stair <br />etc. Specify handrail size location and connection. Return ends to the wall. Show on plans. <br />Verify 2 stringers is adequate for the required design loads on stairs. <br />Please see stair, guard and handrail details that have been added to sheets A10.1 & A10.2. <br />Also see stair detail 13 on sheet A10.0. <br />Second correction: Provide verification that 2 stingers meet the min. design requirements for <br />the code specified load. <br />Please see stair details on sheets A10.0, A10.1 & A10.2. A note has been added that (4) <br />stringers have been added, one on each side of stair run and double in the center. Per our <br />phone conversation (4) stringers will meet minimum design requirements for the code <br />specified loads. <br />9. Specify all connectors for roof assembly. Show diameter and length of all screws used to <br />attach components of roof assembly. <br />Roof connectors have been added to detail 14/A10.0. <br />Second correction: Specify length of all connectors to be used for roof component <br />attachment. <br />Please see detail 14/ A10.0. Note has been modified to specify length of all screw <br />connectors. <br />
