Thinks like the Sewer/Water system development fee. Is the city <br />going to put in the lines for $18,000? Some water/sewer fees in new construction are assumed by the home owner and <br />paid to the water district. Then the New Water service like that isn't covered in the other fee. Does that include the <br />meters? <br />Is there any payment plan, that we could purchase the building permit portion and pay the water/sewer/school impact <br />fees on the sale of the property? <br />We might need to sit down with your manager to go over this. We are not changing the size of the structure. The <br />impact of a 4600 square foot structure is not triple when you divide it into 3 units. It used to have 25 sleeping rooms, <br />filled with vagrants and addicts.
