Per Public Works standards, the maximum driveway width permitted in
this area is 25'. As indicated in my email dated August 29, 2019, the driveway may be paved
straight across up to 25' or alternatively, curved to meet the minimum depth requirement.
Please revise the site plan accordingly and submit with your construction (building and/or public
works) permit application(s).
Public Works — Benyam Stephanos — 425.257.7289 — bstephanos@everettwa.eov
1.
