We are willing to put
this project in the re -review line vs. the new submission line once we receive an electrical permit
application for the relocation of the electrical panel and re -wiring of the structure. The submitted
plans should also show all of the work that was done (that requires a permit) to include any new
plumbing (plumbing lines were relocated), the removal of the fireplace, the movement of interior
walls, etc.
The legality of the detached garage and vegetation removal are still in question - the owners should
contact the Planning Department to determine the legality of these issues. If the landscaping removal
or detached garage are not legal, these issues will also effect the timely issuance of permits.
We can reasonably ensure the review is completed within 7-8 weeks, however, incomplete scope on
the plans submitted and the legality of the garage and vegetation removal, would cause a significant
delay.
y Eileen Hinkley
Code Enforcement Supervisor I Permit Services
425.257.8563 1 Fax 425.257.8569 13200 Cedar Street, 2"d Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EYERETT everettwa.gov/codeenforcement I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
