There is an 25% in -kind match equaling $10,723.00. The in -kind match would be covered by the payroll costs of Officers time and travel for grant approved training they have attended. Project summary statement: EPD is requesting to apply for funding, via the FY 2021 WA State STOP Formula Grant. The FY 2021 application with the State Department of Commerce relates to use of grant program funding to improve the criminal justice and community response to violence against women in Snohomish County. The $32,170.00 in grant funds will be used for advanced countywide law enforcement training. The grant program period is January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
