<br />OCVA will confirm receipt of your renewal application to the Project Contact's Email provided on the Applicant
<br />Agency Information page in this application.
<br />Applications will be reviewed as received and grants will be developed after approval of all required components
<br />of the application. No application will be accepted after October 20, 2021 without prior written approval from
<br />Jodine Honeysett, Section Manager, Violence Against Women Program, OCVA. Applications accepted after the
<br />due date of October 20, could have a grant start date later than January 1, 2022. This would result in a grant period
<br />less than 12 months.
<br />Completed renewal applications received in OCVA by the deadline of October 20, 2021, will be issued a grant with
<br />a start date of January 1, 2022 and an end date of December 31, 2022, pending availability of appropriated funds.

<br />DocuSign for Grants
<br />The Department now uses DocuSign to obtain grant signatures. When ready, your STOP Grant will be sent to you
<br />for review and signature using this automated digital system.
<br />We anticipate sending grant documents the week of November 22, 2021.
<br />Materials submitted to OCVA may be released pursuant to a request under the Washington State Public Records
<br />Act.
