COET Staff will act as the leading Practicum Instructors for training students and <br />will provide necessary facilities for work assigned. Students are not considered city <br />employees. <br />The agreement shall run from September 2021 until June 30, 2022. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor or her designee(s) to execute the Affiliation Agreement with <br />University of Washington. <br />
