Include how long the company been in business. <br />Orbility is a leading global supplier of parking and revenue control systems. With more than 50 <br />years of experience in delivering comprehensive parking solutions and currently more than 2,500 <br />sites equipped from Sydney to New York, this core business serves customers and end users in <br />parking systems at municipalities, airports, and other off-street parking facilities. <br />We have provided turn -key installation services that include equipment installation (Parking and <br />Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) and ancillary equipment), electrical work, civil work, <br />underground work, infrastructure, concrete, asphalt, fiber optic, network, traffic control, <br />overhead signs, and other work required to deliver a fully functioning PARCS. With our <br />knowledgeable staff and flexible PARCS platform, we have been able to provide customers with <br />enhancements, including adding equipment and/or facilities, adding functionality, integrating <br />third party services and adding/modifying reports. These services have been provided to 28 of <br />the Top 100 airports in North America since 1980. Our significant experience with large <br />installations has allowed us to fine tune the transition from an existing PARCS to a new PARCS <br />with minimum inconvenience to the patrons using the parking facility. <br />Our U.S.-based software team has demonstrated the ability to resolve technical issue in a timely <br />fashion as well as create new and innovative features for parking customers. Preventive <br />maintenance includes continuous updates of anti -virus and monthly operating systems to ensure <br />proper and secure operation. When a corrective issue develops, software support works in <br />tandem with site teams to restore systems as quickly as possible. Our team has demonstrated <br />flexibility throughout system operations. As an example, we built a PARCS and fully maintained <br />it through an entire parking and airport terminal renovation that required moving parking <br />equipment and modifying parking rates during construction. <br />Company Qualifications <br />B. Of these, #3 "Support" is where most of our relationship lifecycle will be. With 50 <br />years of experience in delivering PARCS systems to high-volume/high standards clients (U.S. <br />Category I airports, e.g., Atlanta, Miami, Denver, Philadelphia, etc.), Orbility has earned a stellar <br />reputation for not only delivering durable equipment with feature -rich software but most <br />importantly, for superior post -sales support. <br />Many parking equipment distributors are primarily equipment suppliers.
