<br />Michael H. Bigbee — CEO. Mr. Bigbee, Orbility CEO since 2019, is a globally
<br />experienced senior executive and his career has been focused on the integration
<br />of software and hardware systems in numerous industries. Working in the
<br />parking industry since 1995, Mr. Bigbee has taken multiple organizations to
<br />dominant market leadership, where they have remained. He has repeatedly
<br />demonstrated the ability to motivate, challenge, and lead a diverse organization
<br />by example, with a strong customer focus.
<br />Johnny Frings — Operations Manager. Mr. Frings, with a tenure at Orbility of
<br />33 years, is a seasoned professional in the transportation business with more than
<br />30 years of experience in parking, public transportation, and toll roads. In the
<br />parking world, Mr. Frings has participated in 28 major U.S. airport parking
<br />system installations as well as many off street systems. He has been responsible
<br />for business development, financial management, and contract management of all
<br />parking operations including new business, maintenance service, field and
<br />technical support, inventory and parts supply, and system modifications and/or upgrades for
<br />North America customers. Mr. Frings's experience includes public works projects at state and
<br />local levels throughout North America.
<br />Key Operations and Support Staff
<br />The design, implementation, and maintenance teams that collaborate to deliver and maintain
<br />complicated parking systems are supported by a large support staff of highly qualified employees
<br />providing onsite services, inventory control, parts repair, software support, training, warranty
<br />management, and upgrades. During implementation, Orbility will take advantage of our full-time
<br />staff of procurement specialists, IT support engineers, and project manager.
<br />Steven Smith — Project Manager. Mr. Smith has worked with Orbility for 6
<br />years and brings 25 years of IT program management experience with
<br />demonstrated success in project management, account management, service
<br />delivery, and resource management. He is responsible for the management of
<br />airport parking, revenue control systems, operations, and ongoing support and
<br />maintenance in North America including Miami, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and
<br />Detroit international airports. He has lead hardware infrastructure (server, network, lane
<br />equipment, AVI, POF) and software (O/S, database, PARCS, LPR) upgrade projects for each of
<br />these airports. Mr. Smith has also led the implementation/installation of our Multipark Codex
<br />barcode solution at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) in both new
<br />construction areas and in -place replacement areas. As the Project Manager, Mr. Smith will be
<br />responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of the design, manufacture,
<br />installation, testing, acceptance, and on -going support for the PARCS.
<br />Vince Chastain — Production Manager. Mr. Chastain, with a tenure at Orbility
<br />of 33 years, brings these years of professional experience in capacities such as
<br />technical field representative, site supervisor managing the Dallas Fort Worth
<br />International Airport PARCS, installation manager, and system development
<br />senior specialist. His responsibilities have included creating and designing
<br />parking lane equipment as well as the selecting and procuring component -level
