<br />Parking Access and Revenue Control System
<br />supplies; managing internal and external production schedules, assembly personnel, and
<br />subcontractors; and providing technical support for 10 computerized parking control systems
<br />(CPCS) maintenance facilities and site support for CPCS upgrades and installations, including
<br />subcontractor management and the interface between hardware and software departments. For
<br />this project, Mr. Chastain will be responsible for procurement of all equipment and materials,
<br />shipping and delivery, UL certification, as well as equipment quality control prior to installation
<br />and commissioning.
<br />Brian McCabe — Installation Manager. Mr. McCabe has a tenure at Orbility of
<br />24 years with experience in the installation, maintenance, scheduling, and
<br />construction management of airport parking and revenue control systems, field
<br />training of personnel, and ensuring adherence to the scope of project plans. In
<br />his current role as installation manager, Mr. McCabe is responsible for
<br />coordinating with subject matter experts to gain knowledge of requirements for
<br />PARCS installations aligned with specifications outlined in customer RFPs. Mr. McCabe is also
<br />responsible for the recruiting, hiring and training of onsite installation and maintenance support
<br />resources, as well as installation contractors. For this project, Mr. McCabe will be responsible for
<br />all installation efforts, including managing subcontractors and installation technicians. He will
<br />ensure the system, as installed, meets all expectations and performance requirements in the field.
<br />Stephen Calderon — Network Manager. Mr. Calderon has a tenure at Orbility
<br />of 14 years. He maintains current certifications in Cisco (CCNA) and Commend
<br />intercom systems. Coming from an electronics technician background, Mr.
<br />Calderon was the Site Supervisor/System Administrator at Oakland International
<br />Airport for 10 Years. His responsibilities included installation and maintenance of
<br />PARCs equipment, maintaining PCI compliance, resolving server and cluster
<br />issues, maintaining and Active Directory environment, training of onsite staff,
<br />and direct client support with Airport Operations. In 2017, Mr. Calderon was promoted to a
<br />Network and Systems engineer role designing and implementing network and server
<br />environments for upgrade projects. This included configuring network firewalls and policies,
<br />switches and VLAN segmentation, clustered environments, Active Directory, SAN storage
<br />solutions, Hyper-V Servers, Virtual Machines, Antivirus, and back-up solutions in a PCI
<br />Compliant configuration. For this project, Mr. Calderon will be responsible for creating network
<br />and server communications for onsite and cloud including lane equipment, servers, and optional
<br />equipment requiring network communication.
<br />James Jacob — Technical Manager. Mr. Jacob, with a tenure of 20 years at
<br />Orbility, is PMP & SAFe® 5 Scrum Master Certified Technical Project Manager.
<br />He has more than 20 years of experience with high level expertise in airport
<br />parking and the transportation industry with demonstrated strengths in requirement
<br />definition and analysis, product implementation and management, team building
<br />and leadership, system migrations, quality assurance, and technical support. He has
<br />a thorough understanding of PCI compliance and PA-DSS certification as it relates to PARCS
<br />(Parking Revenue Control System) software as well as in-depth knowledge of parking industry
<br />standards such as License Plate Recognition (LPR), License Plate Inventory (LPI), Key
<br />Encryption, Space Count Systems, Invoicing, Fraud Detection and Prevention, Rate
<br />-� orbility
