What is the time to resolution for failed devices once service personnel is onsite? <br />Time to resolution for on -site work for a standard part is 24 hours. Non-standard parts or severe <br />abuse/vandalism may take up to 7 business days. <br />Spare Parts Inventory <br />R. What is your process for acquiring spare parts in the instance of a system failure? How does <br />your company ensure that sufficient replacement parts are in stock within practically close <br />proximate area to the Everpark Parking Structure? How would your company address any <br />charges required for upgraded or expedited next day delivery of spares? <br />An adequate inventory of spare parts will be stored at our representative's site, which is 28 miles <br />from the Everpark Parking Structure. These parts would be available within the defined <br />timeframes of our service level agreement, which includes delivery to the parking structure by <br />the following business day for covered services. <br />A Cost Effective, Efficient, Best Value Solution <br />S. Describe any relevant software programs that your firm proposes utilizing for this contract. <br />Orbility uses a standard suite of Microsoft tools for programming, along with other industry <br />standard programs and tools. Relevant software programs include the following: <br />• Multipark Web — described above under Item B. <br />• HTS LPR and LPI — (future option) software that provides full LPI / LPR capability to <br />the Multipark Codex system. <br />• TNC / ADVAM — software that provides a payment gateway for processing credit card <br />transactions that is PCI DSS v3.2.1 certified. <br />• ES ET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server. <br />• Windows Firewall which is configured to only allow specific ports for the Multipark <br />applications. <br />_j orbility <br />Page 23 <br />
